Future Births
Future births can be daunting to anyone who has suffered a traumatic birth. Women with previous damage to their anal sphincters need to think through future births more carefully than most. It can be quite agonising.

In our community, there have been many successful births after birth tears (BABT) with both vaginal delivery and caesarian section. There is no right or wrong way to chose how to deliver. All you can do is speak to your healthcare team and read up as much as you want to.
